Dam Capital Advisors’ IPO will close for bids today, December 23, 2024. The public offering, which went on sale on December 19, drew a lot of attention from investors, and it was oversubscribed seven times over.
Dam Capital IPO Subscription Status
As of December 20, the IPO had been subscribed 7.1 times. The retail investor group received the most interest, with a subscription of 9.16 times, followed by Non-Institutional Investors (NII) at 11.56. However, the Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB) sector received only 0.07 times as many subscriptions, indicating that institutional investors had limited appetite.
The IPO price band has been set at Rs 269-283 per share. The minimum lot size for applications is 53 shares, so the minimum investment for retail investors is Rs 14,999.
Transrail Lighting
The company intends to raise around INR 816.56 – 838.91 crores through the IPO. The price range is set at INR 410 – 432 per share. The Transrail Lighting IPO market lot contains 34 shares, and the minimum application amount is INR 14,688. The retail quota is 35%, QIB 50%, and NII 15%.

Sanathan Textiles Ltd will launch its initial public offering (IPO) on Dalal Street on Thursday. The Sanathan Textiles IPO worth ₹550 crore will be ready for bidding until December 23. The IPO price band is established at ₹305-321 per share.
Sanathan Textiles’ IPO was 47 percent subscribed by 5:04 p.m. on the first day of bidding. It got offers for 56.80 lakh equity shares, compared to the 1.19 crore shares on offer.
